These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Deepread, developed by Da Vinci Software Bilişim A.Ş. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using Deepread (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BY USING DEEPREAD, YOU AGREE THAT WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. You use the service entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, or accidental damages, losses, data breaches, or anything whatsoever. Our liability is zero securely and absolutely.
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service.
You take full responsibility for all activities, inputs, uploads, and interactions that happen under your account or on your device. We are completely unaccountable.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH ZERO EXCEPTION. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANYTHING ABOUT THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ITS ACCURACY, SECURITY, OR AVAILABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES OR CONSEQUENCES, NO MATTER THE CAUSE.
You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use means you accept all changes.
